My Birthday

I had a lovely day yesterday for my birthday

Went to see my Mum and my sister visited as well

She gave me these trendy rubber boots

After years of wearing black ones on the farm she thought it would be nice for me to have some pretty ones

Cute

She also gave me a new dressing gown

Lynda and the grandchildren came over last night and brought the meal with them

I was very spoilt

My friend Teresa from All Things Vintage wanted to take me out for lunch so as distance separates us we had a cuppa at 10.oclock this morning

It was lovely

    Oh Illene... I just LOVE your boots!! You MUST take a photo of yourself in them and put it up so I can see you with them on. I'm so glad you had a lovely birthday. I really enjoyed my cuppa with you and we will have to make it for "real" next time I go to Melbourne. You got some lovely presents and cards... and bringing dinner is always a fave present of mine!!! Take care xx

    Sorry I missed your birthday - haven't been in blogland lately. Sounds like it was a good one! My daughter gave me similiar boots to yours, except in blue. I love them and don't give a toss if my son smirks every time he sees them.
