Some Little Finishes

my waratah is beautiful this year

Cheryll made me the red hanger for my birthday. I really liked it, so with Cherylls permission I copied it.

 A Kris kringle gift

A snowflake for the present box
And some coat hangers, also for Christmas gifts
I am still learning how to use this tablet, hence my posts are short

October FNSI

Well here we are again. Another FNSI with the lovely Wendy and friends has come and gone.
Love these nights. Not only do I get to sew along with friends, but it is motivates me to Blog.
My niece was complaining about her clothes falling off her hangers, and so in a light bulb moment I solved her Christmas gift.
Embroidery done. Now to put it together.

I  also whipped up a hand towel for a quick gift.
Drizzly rain today so a sewing day for me.
Will be around for a visit to my fellow stitchers real soon

Where did September go

Time is flying by. It was time again last night for another FNWF.
I had visitors for a short time so didn't achieve as much as I hoped.
I made this little fellow for a friends baby's first birthday.
I think he is pretty cute.
Not much of any great excitement happening around here.
The weather is being kinder so will be able to get out in the garden. It is in dire need of some weeding
