It was nice to get different gifts this year in the form of cross stitch instead of quilting

I have noticed that some of the trees I make tend to curl at the sides

If I have sent you one and it does I have found that a wooden scewer inserted through the back fixes this problem

Another FNSI Done and Dusted

Friday night saw me joining with Wendy and friends for a night of stitching

I have set myself a challenge to not buy any fabric and only use from my stash

So far Iam doing very well with only a few very minor purchases from Op Shops

So on a wet and cold Friday night I set to work making nine patch blocks

I did make many more than what Iam showing

Now Iam off to see what others got up to
