Not Much to Show

 I joined with Wendy and friends last night for a night of sewing
I did achieve quite a bit but cannot show to much  Its all very secret stuff
I did turn these bits into something quite lovely
Finally had a better day weather wise so did a bit in the garden which was nice
It has been a while

 I was the lucky winner of a Blogaversary giveaway over at Kaysievics
Wow A virtual treasure troves of loveliness
It was like Christmas opening all the little parcels

 My favourite was this little kitty box
So beautifully cross stitched using the alphabet
Lots of patterns, cross stitch fabric and heaps more

FNWF and a giveaway

 Because I had friends to sew with last night it got me motivated to finish this chair pad I have had on the go for ages and ages
Originally I found it in an OP Shop and liked it
Took it home to finish but needle turn applique is really not my thing all though I love how it looks
Any way did get it done so.very happy with it.
August is my birthday month so I have decided to have a little giveaway
Will have to sort out what  I will be giving away and will show a photo before the end of the month
Now to enter I would like you to guess  the date of my birthday and my age
A hint. I have a 20 year old grand son so Iam no spring chicken

 Fiona also included in my parcel Some chocolate drink sachets to keep me warm on a winters night.
Also some chocolate and a smelly sachet
And even a quilted card
Very chuffed with my mini
The quilting is amazing
